株式会社ワンポイントファイブ（以下「当社」）は、オンラインゲーム「Node Zone」およびこれに関連するサービス（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」）その他の関係法令を守り、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 取得する情報

当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、次の情報を取得します。

(1) ユーザーに入力・設定していただく情報

表示名（プレイヤー名）
表示言語などの設定

(2) 本サービスの利用に伴って生成・取得される情報

ゲストアカウントの識別子（ブラウザに保存される認証用のトークン。当社のサーバには復元できない形（ハッシュ値）で保存します）
試合の結果、ゲーム内ポイント（NP・NS）、開放したアイテム、ランキングの記録、アカウントの作成日時・最終利用日時
IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類、OS、アクセス日時、参照元などの通信記録（アクセスログ）

(3) 外部サービスとの連携により取得する情報

Google アカウントでログインする機能を利用した場合、Google から提供される識別子、メールアドレス、氏名（表示名）、プロフィール画像の URL。パスワードを当社が取得することはありません。

(4) Cookie・ブラウザのストレージ

本サービスは、ゲストの識別子や言語の設定を覚えておくために、ブラウザのローカルストレージを使用します。
広告配信事業者が Cookie 等を使用することがあります（4. をご覧ください）。

2. 利用目的

当社は、取得した情報を次の目的で利用します。

本サービスの提供（ユーザーの識別、対戦・ロビー機能、ゲームの記録・ポイント・アイテムの保存と表示、ランキングの作成・表示）
ログイン機能の提供および本人の確認
不正行為や規約違反の防止・調査、およびセキュリティの確保
障害の調査、本サービスの改善、新機能の開発のための分析（個人を特定しない統計の作成を含みます）
広告の配信および広告効果の測定
お問い合わせへの対応、重要なお知らせの連絡
上記の目的に付随する目的

3. ランキングなどでの公開

表示名、Node スコア、順位、試合の結果は、ランキングや対戦画面で他のユーザーに表示されます。表示名には、本名など個人を特定できる情報を使用しないでください。メールアドレスや Google アカウントの情報が他のユーザーに公開されることはありません。

4. 広告について（Google AdSense）

本サービスでは、第三者配信の広告サービス「Google AdSense」を利用しています。

Google を含む第三者配信事業者は、Cookie を使用して、ユーザーが本サービスや他のウェブサイトに過去にアクセスした際の情報に基づいて広告を配信します。
Google は広告 Cookie を使用することにより、ユーザーが本サービスや他のサイトにアクセスした際の情報に基づいて、Google やそのパートナーが適切な広告を表示できるようにしています。
ユーザーは、Google の広告設定でパーソナライズ広告を無効にできます。また、www.aboutads.info にアクセスすれば、パーソナライズ広告に使われる第三者配信事業者の Cookie を無効にできます。
Google による情報の取扱いについては、Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用をご覧ください。

5. 外部送信（利用者情報の外部への送信）について

本サービスでは、次のとおり、ユーザーの端末から外部の事業者へ情報が送信されます。

6. 業務の委託と外部サービスの利用

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、情報の取扱いを外部の事業者に委託することがあります。本サービスは、配信とサーバの運用に Cloudflare, Inc. のサービスを利用しており、本サービスのデータは同社のサーバ（日本国外に所在するものを含みます）で処理・保存されることがあります。当社は、委託先を適切に選定し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

7. 第三者提供

当社は、次の場合を除き、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

法令に基づく場合
人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
6. の委託に伴って提供する場合、合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って提供する場合

8. 外国にある第三者への提供

当社が利用する Cloudflare, Inc. および Google LLC は米国の事業者であり、情報が米国その他の国で取り扱われることがあります。各国の個人情報保護制度については、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイトをご覧ください。各事業者は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を適切に取り扱う体制を整えています。

9. 安全管理措置

当社は、取り扱う情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損を防ぐため、次のような措置を講じます。

通信の暗号化（HTTPS）
認証用トークンはハッシュ化して保存し、当社のデータベースから元のトークンを復元できないようにすること
データベースやサーバへのアクセス権限を必要な者に限ること

10. 保存期間

当社は、利用目的に必要な期間、情報を保存します。長期間利用されていないゲストアカウントや、アクセスログは、一定期間の経過後に削除することがあります。

11. 開示・訂正・削除などの請求

ユーザーは、個人情報保護法の定めに従い、当社が保有するご自身の個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止を請求できます。ご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。

なお、表示名は本サービスの画面から変更できます。ゲストアカウントはブラウザに保存された識別子によってのみ本人を確認しているため、ブラウザのデータを削除した後は、当社がご本人を確認できず、請求に応じられない場合があります。

12. 未成年者の利用

未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、親権者など法定代理人の同意を得たうえで利用してください。

13. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の改正や本サービスの変更に合わせて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更をする場合は、本サービス上でお知らせします。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

This English version is provided for reference only. If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version prevails.

OnePointFive Inc. ("we", "us" or "our") has established this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") for the handling of user information in the online game "Node Zone" and related services (the "Service"), in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (the "APPI") and other applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

(1) Information you enter or set

Display name (player name)
Settings such as display language

(2) Information generated or collected when you use the Service

Your guest account identifier (an authentication token stored in your browser; our servers store it only as a non-reversible hash)
Match results, in-game points (NP and NS), unlocked items, ranking records, and account creation and last-used times
Access logs, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, access time and referrer

(3) Information from third-party services

If you sign in with a Google account: the identifier, email address, name (display name) and profile picture URL provided by Google. We never receive your password.

(4) Cookies and browser storage

The Service uses your browser's local storage to remember your guest identifier and language setting.
Advertising providers may use cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

2. How We Use Information

To provide the Service (identifying users, matches and the lobby, saving and displaying game records, points and items, and creating and displaying rankings)
To provide sign-in and verify your identity
To prevent and investigate cheating and violations of our Terms, and to keep the Service secure
To investigate failures, improve the Service and develop new features (including creating statistics that do not identify individuals)
To deliver advertising and measure its effectiveness
To respond to inquiries and send important notices
For purposes incidental to the above

3. Information Shown to Other Users

Your display name, Node Score, rank and match results are shown to other users in rankings and match screens. Please do not use your real name or other personally identifiable information as your display name. Your email address and Google account information are never shown to other users.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

The Service uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to the Service or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to the Service and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

6. Service Providers

We may entrust the handling of information to service providers to the extent necessary for the purposes above. The Service uses Cloudflare, Inc. for content delivery and server hosting, and Service data may be processed and stored on its servers, including servers outside Japan. We select providers carefully and supervise them appropriately.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except:

where required by law;
where necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
where especially necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
where necessary to cooperate with government bodies performing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining your consent would hinder those duties; or
in connection with entrustment under section 6, or with the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons.

8. Transfers Outside Japan

Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States, and information may be handled in the United States and other countries. For information on the personal data protection systems of other countries, see the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan (Japanese). Each provider handles information appropriately under its own privacy policy.

9. Security

Encrypted communication (HTTPS)
Authentication tokens are stored as hashes so that the original tokens cannot be recovered from our database
Access to databases and servers is limited to those who need it

10. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above. We may delete guest accounts that have not been used for a long time, and access logs, after a certain period.

11. Your Rights

Under the APPI, you may request that we notify you of the purposes of use of your personal information we hold, disclose it, correct, add to or delete it, stop using or erase it, or stop providing it to third parties. Please contact us using the details below. We will respond without delay in accordance with the law after verifying your identity.

You can change your display name in the Service. Guest accounts are identified only by the identifier stored in your browser, so after you clear your browser data we may be unable to verify your identity and fulfil your request.

12. Minors

If you are a minor, please use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy to reflect changes in law or in the Service. We will announce significant changes in the Service. The revised Policy takes effect when posted on this page.
